It’s amazing how something so simple and easy can taste so wonderfully delicious. This sugar-free, dairy-free banana ice cream is great for the whole family.

Age Recommendation: Babies prefer food warm so they will enjoy this thawed. However, a teething baby may get relief from the frozen version.
Makes 4 adult servings
4 bananas (730g with the skin on, 409g with the skin off)
1 tsp vanilla essence
- Peel the bananas and place them in an air-tight container in the freezer.
- Place in a food processor with 1 tsp vanilla essence and blend until it takes on the consistency of ice cream.
- For best taste and consistency, serve right away.
- If you do have some left, put it in the freezer and blend it again in the food processor before serving.
