Minimising your exposure to hair treatments

checkmark I have researched the use of hair dyes and other hair treatments in pregnancy and breastfeeding
checkmark I am happy with the decision I have made regarding the use of hair treatments in pregnancy and breastfeeding
checkmark I am not in the first trimester of pregnancy when I use hair treatments
checkmark I have thought about using highlights to minimise exposure to the chemicals in hair dye and treatments

checkmark I have a well ventilated area to colour my hair / have it treated
