Tips

  • Use the images we’ve created to guide you. A very simple and versatile cut is to lay your sandwich down and cut the bottom corners off, just like we’ve done.
  • Then you can play around. Move the triangles into different configurations to create an owl, crab, grasshopper, a strange looking face, or anything else that comes to you.
  • Use your vegetable slices and other ingredients to make faces, trees, tails, little flowers, etc.
  • Be creative and have fun. Your kids will be delighted with whatever invention you whip up.
